Dairy Farmers Hill by David Moreno
Dairy Farmers Hill has a stunning 360 degree panoramic view over the entire Canberra area. Sitting atop the hill is a unique sculpture – ‘Nest III’ – made from welded steel found-objects, mostly abandoned farm machinery. The lookout sits within the National Arboretum Canberra that features 94 forests of rare, endangered and symbolic trees from around the world. Over 44,000 trees from over 100 countries are growing across the site, making it one of the world’s largest living collections of rare, endangered and significant trees. (Molonglo Valley, Australia)
