Lower Humbert Covered Bridge is a classic covered bridge in a beautiful setting crossing Laurel Hill Creek. It was built in 1891 and extensively remodelled by the County in 1991. It’s in a locale where the stream is next to the road. During any season, the tranquil setting allows the visitor a chance to walk/drive across the 126.5-foot span, then stop wander up or down the edge of Laurel Hill Creek and enjoy the outside views of the structure. It is one of the ten remaining covered bridges in Somerset County. (Confluence, Pennsylvania, USA)
