Once the personal library of J.P. Morgan, famed American financier, this library is now open to the public. The Morgan Library was built in 1906 and housed books and manuscripts from J.P. Morgan’s collection. In 1924 his son opened the private library to the public. Today it is one of the most beautiful historical places to visit in New York City. The J.P Morgan library is breathtaking and a pleasure to photograph, featuring stunning painted frescos, tapestries, and ornate woodwork. (New York, New York, USA)
