Biloxi Lighthouse - Photo by Natalie Maynor

Biloxi Lighthouse is an iconic cast-iron lighthouse erected in 1848 and on a traffic Island along Beach Blvd. Few locations are as photogenic along the Gulf coast, with its interesting placement offering stunning night photography opportunities. Light trail photography, sunsets and dramatic clouds will make for fantastic photos. After Hurricane Katrina, the lighthouse symbolized resilience when the storm pounded the 64-foot lighthouse. The lighthouse remained standing despite sustaining significant damage. The lighthouse is open to the public, and visitors can ascend the lighthouse when it opens at 9 am. (Biloxi, Mississippi, USA)
