The Ambassador Bridge was built in 1927 and connected Detroit, Michigan, USA with Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The crossing between the two countries represents one of the most important trade routes in North America and accounts for 25% of all merchandise trade between the two countries. The suspension style of the bridge and long length (7,500 ft) makes it a fantastic photography subject, especially at night when it is illuminated. The bridge is easiest photographed from a park on the US side. (Detroit, Michigan, USA)
