The Old Dalquharran Castle now sits in ruins after this15th century castle was abandoned when the more “modern” 1800s Dalquharran Castle was completed. The ruins sit tucked away in the forest at the back of the also abandoned Dalquharran Castle grounds. ( South Ayrshire, Scotland)
