Pigeon Tower by Steve Glover

Originally called the Lookout Tower, then the Dovecote Tower, the Pigeon Tower as it is now known was built between 1905 and 1909. The Pigeon Tower offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. However, the windows face to the North, East, and South – and not westwards to the most spectacular views of the plains of Lancashire and the coastline. After shooting the Pigeon Tower be sure to continue to explore the Terraced Gardens which include a sundial, garden terrace, ornamental bridge, a seven arch bridge, waterfalls, gate lodge, and Rivington Pike Tower. www.rivingtonterracedgardens.org.uk (Bolton, England)
