Birnbeck Pier is a historic, now derelict, wooden pier stretching out into the Bristol Channel linking the rocky Birnbeck Island to the mainland. Originally built in the late 1860’s, the pier has been closed to the public since 1994 slowly falling into disrepair. (Weston-super-Mare, England)
