El Bosc de les Creus (Forest of the Crosses) is a stunning art installation on a hilltop ravaged by fire. Following a wildfire in 2015, local firefighter Mark Sellares began constructing crosses to memorialize the destroyed forest he once enjoyed as a child. The result is a stunning and somewhat spooky testament to the beauty of what remains. The area covers roughly four hectares and is intended to bring awareness to forest management and climate change.
