Gustav Adolf Stave Church is a medieval-style wooden church that dates back to 1908. The exterior was built from spruce trunks harvested at the nearby Bocksberg mountain and the interior features elaborate carvings. The church is a copy of the medieval Borgund Stave Church in Norway with a few modifications to house a much bigger congregation. (Hahnenklee, Germany)
