Guedelon Castle | France Photo Spot

Guédelon Castle is a 13th-century castle being built in modern times. But, it is not being built using modern technology. Instead, archeologists and volunteers on the site are painstakingly sticking to 13th-century techniques to bring the Guédelon Castle to life.
Begun in 1997, Guédelon Castle is starting to resemble a complete castle. The walls, parapets and halls are beginning to take form, and as a result, it is becoming a fascinating photo location. Once completed, the castle will serve as a museum to the construction techniques used to build it.
