Mã Pí Lèng Pass Overlook | Vietnam Photo Spot

Situated in the far northeastern region of Vietnam, the Mã Pí Lèng Pass is a breathtaking mountain road running for approximately 20 km through the towering mountains of the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark. This rugged and remote region is home to some of the country’s most dramatic and diverse landscapes, and the pass itself is often referred to as the “King of the Vietnamese mountain passes” due to its majesty. For photographers, the pass provides an opportunity to capture vast panoramas, with sweeping views of the terraced fields, sheer cliffs, and the winding Nho Que River far below. If you’re brave enough, you can even venture to the edge of the Sky Walk, a glass-bottomed viewing platform suspended over the valley. Make sure to check weather conditions before setting out, as the region can often be foggy.
