This winding stone street is an amazing location to shoot the Yasaka-no-to Pagoda as it stands tall among the surrounding buildings in the heart of Nineizaka. The Yasaka-no-to Pagoda (Hōkan-ji Temple) is a 46-meter tall pagoda with graceful, sloping roofs on each tier. Originally built by the Imperial Prince Shotoku in 589, the pagoda is said to have been inspired by a dream. (Kyoto, Japan)
