Photographers will fall in love with the rich colours, vibrant scenery and stunning cultural and architectural heritage of Morocco. Morocco is a North African country often considered part of the Middle East. The country’s northern coastline looks over the azure waters of the Pacific Ocean and the Mediterranean and is known for its stunning beaches and rocky coastlines. Morocco’s major tourism destinations are Marrakesh and the Casablanca. Popularised by the Humphrey Bogart film of the same name, the modern city of Casablanca leaves much of the intrigue of the film’s depiction behind. But, you will still find the same French colonial and traditional Moroccan architecture throughout the city. Photographers will love shooting ancient temples and iconic mosques. Despite these historical touches, a blend of the old with the new has begun to emerge. Known throughout the region for its medieval city, bazaars, and rich culture, Marrakesh is even more atmospheric than Casablanca and not to be missed.
